Midweek: Blog and Round Up 31 March 2021

on

I just want to take this opportunity to wish a Happy Easter to those who will be celebrating over the weekend.  To anyone who is not celebrating, I hope you all have a restful and relaxing long weekend, however you are spending the time.

I am off work tomorrow (1 April) s. I’m taking some time out on my own tomorrow to leave the local area and escape for a little while.  It is something I’m really looking forward to.  The rest of the weekend will be spent locally and should be a pretty chilled out time.

One thing I have been doing, is using a new Wellbeing Journal I purchased.  I journal daily using the micro journaling approach to manage my wellbeing, but I recently became aware of a creative wellbeing journal.  The journal was just £4, and is raising funds for the charity Mind.  I do like my own approach to journaling, but I also like to explore new ideas too.

The journal has space to write, but also has optional creative activities and things to try to boost your wellbeing.  I quite like some of the suggestions about having a mindfulness walk, and there is a few colouring activities too. It has been nice to try as few other ideas out too. I do love to learn, which is a very helpful trait when my full time job is being a trainer 😊

I’ll leave you with a few photos of the Wellbeing Journal if you are interested in it.
