The ‘Shining a Light on Suicide’ campaign has been recently launched in Greater Manchester. The aim is:

‘We’re bringing suicide out of the dark in Greater Manchester because it affects us all. Whether you’re feeling suicidal, worried someone else is, or have lost someone to suicide, you’re not alone. Whatever you’re going through, we’ll help you get the advice and support you need’.

On the page, you can find lots of hints, tips and signposting. It is aimed at those that are feeling suicidal, if you are concerned about someone or if you have been bereaved by suicide. It is worth having a look and getting the information (hopefully you’ll never need it!!)
