Practicing gratitude is really good for our mental health and our overall wellbeing. It can help us to become less materialistic and to calm ourselves by focusing on the here and now, reducing worry about the unknowns of the future.
Not only practicing gratitude for our own lives is important, paying forward thanks to others is really good for us too.
