Worry Time

Worry time is the concept of allowing yourself time to worry in the day. The idea is to take 15 minutes per day to process what is going on, deal with any worries and then move on. It can train you to deal with things and boost resillience.

It can also help you to improve your sleep. Thinking when you get in bed about negatives or stress factors does not promote sleep. If you have allowed time before this to process your day, you’ll likely sleep better.
