We often say we want to sleep better, or for longer. Its good for all aspects of your health. One thing to think about is the position in which we sleep too.
I have been forced to try sleeping in alternative positions over the last few weeks due to a shoulder injury. I would normally sleep on my right side, but to get comfortable and pain free I’ve had to shift things around, by doing so I’ve managed to improve some of my sleep in the process.
