Burnout is real, its that point where you go over the cliff. It can come in many forms, but either way its bad. Finding a way to cope is critical, and so is recovery.
I’ve experienced this a few times myself. From over exercising and collapsing, to stress related exhaustion burnout. It was truly horrible.
