No fitness equipment? No problem

Having weights or equipment at home is nice – but not having it is not a barrier to exercise. Sure many of us cannot access the gym at the moment due to lockdown restrictions, but there are still things we can do at home.

A two litre bottle filled with water, soil or sand can easily become a weight for exercising with.

Body weight exercises are great too – floor exercise like sit ups, squats.

Use items at home – walking up and down stairs can be cardio.
