The way we speak about our wellbeing, and mental health is really important. It helps us to break down stigmas, as well as be more specific about the things that are affecting our mental health.
Therapy and the language used is important to help us understand the conditions that we may be facing. But in recent times, therapy language related to mental health has fall into everyday conversation. The downside to this, is the language of therapy is often misused or is incorrect.
