The Action for Happiness charity has released their wellbeing calendar for September 2022.
The theme for September 2022 is “Self Care September,” with a focus daily on actions that prove that self care is not selfish. When we’re kind to ourselves it also helps us respond more positively to what happens and treat others more kindly too.
One action to try each day of the month to boost your happiness. What will you try this month?
