Taking time out is important

We spend a large part of our time in work. Since the pandemic began there has been a greater shift to remote working and giving us access to work accounts from home. This has been great for adding in flexibility around where we work, but it shouldn’t mean we have to start working longer hours. Smarter working tools there are to help us work efficiently, not harder.

Taking time out is really important for our wellbeing. We need to form habits around disconnecting from work, whether we are working remotely or from an office.
