Good grief: how to get over a bone-crushing disappointment

I was fortunate enough to attend the Italy v England Euro 2020 final at Wembley on Sunday. What a day! It felt great to be back in a stadium watching football after 17 months. Although the result didn’t go the way I would have liked, it was a great experience and probably once in a lifetime to watch my country play in a major final in their home ground.
