New to fitness, but don’t know where to start?
Want to give running ago, but not quite sure how to progress?
If you answered yes to either of those questions you might be interested in the couch to 5K running programme from the NHS. Over a nine week period it will help you start a running programme, and progressively increase your distance to running 5 km, or 3.1 miles.
It does not take up much time – Even by week 9, the Couch To 5K Plan is only 90 minutes of running per week.
