Tips to settle a Sunday night

For those of us that work on a Monday morning, and don’t work on a weekend, Sunday nights can sometimes be a time we feel a little unsettled. The weekend is drawing to a close, and we start to anticipate the return to work the next day. This can cause stress, anxiety and other mental ill health symptoms (even just for a short while).
