Selfcare is not selfish. It is a fundamental element of our health and wellbeing. Some view it as selfish to put your selfcare first, but that simply isn’t true. Being self aware, and tending to your own needs will also mean you are better placed to help and assist the care of others. It is also the first step towards building our resilience skills.
