As the world continues to evolve, it can often feel like the pace of life is increasing too. It seems to me, there is a perception that everyone thrives on a fast paced way of life. I am sure there are plenty of people who do thrive like that, but there are also many that prefer a slower pace or at least some sizeable breaks in life to slow down, to just exist.
At busy times of life finding time to exercise and workout is something that can feel harder to fit in. Whether you love or hate exercise, its proven to be good for our mental and physical health. I’m not here to open up that debate, just to share an article I found to be quite useful (link below).
