Better Days Wellbeing was founded in 2020 by mental health advocates, with a simple, powerful mission: to make wellbeing accessible, compassionate, and effective for everyone.

What began as a shared vision between two individuals on their own mental health journeys has grown into a trusted, award-winning service. We co-founded Better Days Wellbeing to create a space for honest conversations, practical signposting, and the sharing of best practices in wellbeing, grounded not only in professional insight, but in lived experience.

Since launching, we’ve been honoured to receive numerous awards and nominations, and we’re proud of the impact we’ve made within communities, workplaces, and individual lives. But for us, success is measured in the small wins: the better days our members begin to experience, one step at a time.
