50 Things to be grateful for

I am sure I’ve shared this article before, but I find it a useful one to reread from time to time.

Practicing gratitude is one of the best things that we can do for our mental health and wellbeing. It helps to ground us into the present and acknowledge the good things we have in life. It can assist us to be less materialistic.

There are many ways to practice gratitude- the easiest being to write down three things you are grateful for each day.
