Some changes we want or need to make in life are not necessarily ones we are enthusiastic about. When I first hard to start taking medication everyday for a medical condition, it was a tough one to get used to. Not only remembering to take the medication, but also for the idea to sink in that I would be on this medication for the rest of my life. For that to become a habit, it took quite a bit of personal work.
