I’ve just attended the Positivity Wellbeing Training, and wanted to share how brilliant this is! The session was a very safe environment to share views/opinions, with a great innovative way to share these anonymously therefore removing any anxiety of sharing your thoughts with the group. There were many great things to takeaway from this session for yourself and others, and will definitely make you feel very positive afterwards.
